A Tantric Day Retreat

Join us for a transformative journey into the heart of Tantra, where we'll explore the power of presence and unconditional love through embodied practices and sacred connection.

This Day Retreat is for you if you:

• Want to deepen your capacity to embody presence and unconditional love within yourself and with your loved ones

• Are curious about receiving tools and embodiment practices that evolve your relationship to yourself and others

• Want to learn the tantric art of devotion, blessing and honouring the divine within each others

• Are interested in experiencing active meditation through touch and movement

• Desire to bring Sacred Ritual of Worship into your relationships

Led by Laura and Patrick, this day retreat includes:

• Active embodiment exercises to ground in present moment awareness

• Patrick's signature felt-sense breathwork practice

• Sacred worship demonstration and practice

• Shiva-Shakti dance embodying the divine feminine

• Touch-based meditation and Shakti practices

• Unconditional love blessing ceremonies

• Circle of Light practices for group connection

• Sacred practices of honouring and bowing to the divine in each other

The retreat is open to everyone, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with yourself and others, no matter your level of experience. You can join as a couple and choose to do the partnered exercises with your partner or you can come as a single and meet other kind souls who are on a similar path. Some activities are emotionally or energetically intimate however fully clothed and can include soft and caring touch if you choose so. Everything is an invitation and we celebrate you if you choose to stay out of an exercise as much as we celebrate you for leaning into a new experience.

• wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and that make you feel beautiful

A large number of buses serve the city centre with Lothian Buses nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 33, 34, 35, 44 stopping close by.

Parking is in abundance with off-street and pay & display parking right outside as well as in neighbouring streets (currently free after 5:30pm - check signage)

Haymarket train/tram station and Edinburgh's West End are a short walk away
